White ceramic knife 17 cm
Knives with ceramic blades are made of advanced, high-tech ceramic powder called Zirconia, a chemically inert and extremely hard material. Ceramic powder is transformed into blades with cold forming at high pressures and through the sintering process at temperatures in excess of 1000 ºC. Then the blade is grinded and sharpened with diamond wheels, to create the edge and the final shape before attaching the ABS handles: the result are blades that maintains their sharpness longer than any metal blade.
