Electric oven with a refracory floor and armoured elements made of steel, placed in layers in order to guarantee a smaller drop in temperature in the area adjacent to the opening. Made entirely of high quality stainless steel, suitable to be exposed in open-style kitchens. The temperature inside the chamber is regulated by two thermostats that allow for independent settings between the floor and the roof. Insulation is made from rigid panels of wool that ensure high energy savings.
