The spiral, grid, dough-breaker and bowl are in stainless steel. The spiral, bigger and with a conical section for maximum strength, prepares perfectly blended, smooth mixes quickly. It has a seal that seals and protects the edge of the spiral from the acids of the mix. The machine is also very quiet thanks to the infiltration-proof sealed bearings.
