Both plates with ribbed surface. Compound steel plates with high heat conduction. Grills are made of stainless steel and compound steel material with excellent heat conduction, respectively fast warm-up time. Lateral rim manually welded to the steel plate to comply with highest hygiene standards. Large waste drawer with high capacity for residual crumbs is underneath the front edge of plate.
