The inside of the steam jacket is made of AISI 316 acid-resistant stainless steel, treated with hydrofluoric acid.

The boiler is electrically tiltable. There are volume indicators on the inner wall of the boiler.

The control panel can be installed either on the right or left.

The boiler is designed in such a way that it has no welded joints and the number of screw heads is minimal.

It is possible to add recipes.

15 predefined programs (8 of which require the cooling function to be selected).

10 functions including timer, cooking and keeping warm, mixing programs and delayed start.

Mixing with the lid open (5-20 rpm).

The mixer has 6 different programs. For each program, it is possible to smoothly change the mixer's rotation speed. The mixing time is also programmable.

The mixer speed is adjustable between 5 and 155 rpm.
