Thanks to their smaller size, the Pizza Group tunnel ovens are ideal for baking or heating pizzas, sandwiches, bruschetta, focaccia, toast, pita bread, tortillas, flat bread and canapés in areas with less available space. It is so easy to use, it can be used by non-specialised personnel. There is a crumb tray under the steel grid-belt, which makes cleaning operations easier. Up to two ovens of the same model can be placed on top of each other without an exhauster connection. Use is very simple because once the temperature and the speed of the grid-belt have been set with the potentiometer, simply place the product on the grid and then collect it at the end of the cycle when it exits the baking chamber. Baking takes place thanks to the armoured heating elements inside the baking chamber both on the top as well as on the bottom, and can be adjusted with the two thermostats. Considering the small size of the baking chamber, we recommend an operating temperature of 320°C, which is reached very quickly. The average baking time for a classic Italian pizza can vary between 3,5 to 4,5 minutes.
