This machine is used to divide the dough into preselected weight portions from 50 to 300 gr with a fixed cone inside that are used as necessary with reduction bushes to obtain 5 weight classes (grams) with a tolerance of ± 10%: 50/90, 80/130, 120/180, 170/230, 220/300. The reduction bushes are provided as an accessory in the instruction book bag. There are two safety microswitches on the opening of the machine; the control panel has a main switch, an emergency knob and a start push-button. The position of the knife is adjusted laterally by a specific knob operated by a continuous movement lever.
