Cold drawer cupboard for bakery. The efficient cold air blow is distributed throughout the cupboard. The working surface is smooth or is made for works with flour. Also customer can order wooden surface (birch).
Working temperature : +2C … +5 C.
Model has an efficient pull-out cassette refrigeration unit with autodefrosting and digital thermostat.
Cassette is easy to change (please see SERVICES in main menu).
Cupboard has two lockers and one drawer.
Two lockers contain twenty guiderails for bakery plates, size 450 x 600mm (please note in the order).
Into one drawer going specially made GN container ( GN 1/1-200 -1pcs.). (Customer can use drawer also without GN container).
Cupboard drawers have smoothly moving telescopic guiderails on rollers.
Easy to change. Cupboard is on adjustable legs.
Customer can adjust it easily: between 875 -915mm.
Model is made of stainless steel.
